Returns

At FEN Perfumes, we provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We want to ensure you received your products well in order and offer full refund for faulty items.

All FEN Perfumes items are brand new. Please read the description of the item and view the images carefully before purchasing. We assure you none of our products were tested or used before.

You need to press several times on the spray nozzle to get the perfume to the top before it sprays out.

Use your fingers to move the roller ball while bottle is upside down until it glides easily.

HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

Step 1:

Please notify us of a return within 3 days of receiving your item. You can email to scent@fenperfumes.com stating the reason for the return to receive a returns number.

Step 2:

We will advise you to follow up with images of the products and may or may not instruct for the products be returned to us, before we replace with a new one.

Step 3:

We do not offer refund through payment, but instead will replace with a similar product or product of equivalent value unless there is no more stock.

These above policies only apply to purchases done on-line. We do not accept returns of products purchased during a physical transaction (pop-up events, open doors or workshop sessions). We are committed to compensate for items that is damaged upon delivery. For any other issues, is subject to case to case basis.
