DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch items 2-4 working days (except for Sunday and holidays) though this is subject to changes. The lead time delivery by our appointed carrier is subjected to variations depending on the peak season. We cannot be held responsible for any delayed items.
INSURANCE
FEN Perfumes (FEN Aroma Pte Ltd) bears no liability for your items once it is in the possession of the shipping companies.
All items shipped to Singapore & Malaysia will be insured by Singpost & Pos Malaysia via the SmartPac & PosLaju terms & conditions.
For International shipping, ensure you have Stripe or the shipping company’s insurance coverage.
Once you have confirmed receipt of delivery by means of a signature, the responsibility of your purchased goods is then passed to you.
